Bought a Single Family home in Englewood, FL.
I have personally worked with Brad for a number of years now, both in the purchase of a condo and of a home on Lemon Bay in Englewood, Florida. In both cases Brad was completely professional, extremely helpful and totally trustworthy. But that is what you would normally hope for in an agent. To my surprise, however, it was after the sales that truly made Brad stand out among his peers. My wife and I live in Idaho during the summer, which leaves our home in Florida empty for a number of months. In our absence I have called upon Brad to attend to numerous matters…..just as a favor to us. I have never asked Brad to assist us that he didn’t immediately agree to do so….gratis. Brad is one of those rare individuals who can be asked to take on a task leaving you to turn away in total confidence that at the very least he will accomplish what you have asked of him. He is extraordinarily generous in that regard. If you do not ask Brad to represent you in some capacity, you do so at your proverbial peril.
