Bought a condo in Venice, FL.
I purchased our condo with Brad 7 years ago. He took 3 days and he set up numerous locations for me. We settled on our unit and he guided us through the sale while we were in Ohio and was very thorough. Recently we decided to sell and Brad along with his agency Premier Sotheby’s made certain that it was marketed to the max and we have had 28 showings since April. He communicates well by phone, email and throughout the Pulse program. He was direct in his recommendations and was respectful in what we thought. Brad is personable and professional in his profession as an agent.
