Bought a Single Family home in Venice, FL.
We fell in love with a house on the internet, after choosing Brad (from his web page photo) to be our realtor we came over from France to see the house. Less than 3 days later after negotiations on our behalf from Brad our offer was accepted and a week later we were the happy owners of our beautiful home. Not only was Brad able to get us a very good deal but in the space of 4 days he organized insurance, and inspections and found us someone to represent us at the closing a week later as we were no longer in the US. Brad made the whole process very pleasant and easy We were so impressed with his expertise that we recommended Brad to friends from France last year and they too are now happy home owners here in Venice.
