Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Venice, FL.
Brad provided everything required to get my house on the market and sold in a very professional manner. He did an excellent job in making recommendations on what to change and/or improve in the home so that it showed as best possible. He orchestrated a photo session including an aerial camera that best showed the house. He helped me evaluate a fair selling price and gave me enough information that I was comfortable with the price. In the final negotiations he offered suggestions as to how to satisfy the buyer and myself. Throughout the process we kept in close communication there was never a time he wasn’t available to answer my questions or give me feedback on the showings the house received.
