Brad is absolutely amazing. His attention to details and knowledge of the area is exceptional. I contacted Brad based on previous reviews while in town to begin our long search (or so we thought). He responded right away and listened to our list of requirements! And he listened indeed! Brad not only helped us find a home but as an outsider to FL helped to facilitate every step of the way. I honestly don’t think we would have purchased if it wasn’t for Brad and his absolutely superb work and dedication.
