When I began looking for homes in the area I worked with Brad via the internet. He interviewed me to determine what I was looking for and then would send me links of possible good matches. When I went to Venice over a weekend to see homes in person Brad had everything planned out and we were able to write an offer on a home before we left. In addition, being new to the area Brad was able to recommend contractors that he has experience with (HVAC, plumber, electrician, lawn service, etc) and without exception they were all great, three years later I continue to use them. Highly recommend Brad for any real estate needs.
